Let's Chat Exfoliation...

Spring is the season to slough off winter skin!


  • Open your pores

  • Clean out

  • Clear out

  • Air out


If you do not take daily showers, this is a great season to start.

Just toss your hair under a shower cap—soap up, rinse off, and jump out!

Always shower before you eat breakfast.

During this season: use a scrub once a week.

Keep these exfoliants handy in your shower + rinse off gently with warm water.


Springtime Exfoliation Recipes:


Sugar Scrub
1/2 cup sugar
3 Tablespoons olive, argan, or jojoba oil
1 Tablespoon honey
2 drops essential oil

Salt Scrub
1/2 cup pink salt
1/4 cup olive, argan, or jojoba oil
2 drops essential oil

* Mix until well combined, like a paste, add more oil if necessary
* Essential oil suggestions: lavender, rose, grapefruit
