Let's chat Exfoliation...

Spring is the season to slough off winter skin!


  • Open your pores

  • Clean out

  • Clear out

  • Air out


If you do not take daily showers, this is a great season to start.

Toss your hair under a shower cap—jump in and out!

Shower before you eat breakfast.

Once a week: scrub up + rinse off.

Keep these exfoliants handy in your shower + rinse with warm water.

Springtime Exfoliation Recipes:


Sugar Scrub
1/2 cup sugar
3 Tablespoons melted coconut oil
1 Tablespoon honey
2 drops essential oil

Salt Scrub
1/2 cup pink salt
1/4 cup coconut, argan, or jojoba oil
2 drops essential oil

* Mix until well combined, paste like, add more oil if necessary
* Essential oil suggestions: lavender, rose, grapefruit
