Lessons from Ginger

Updated: 1 day ago

Welcome Ginger!

Our 3 week old puppy has taught me so

much already...

Puppy Love + Ayurveda are so closely connected!

Who knew that our sweet little puppy would embody the most fundamental "Laws of Nature"... the same laws that are rooted in Ayurvedic Philosophy!

But when you think about it, Nature is Nature.

What I have ultimately learned is — the nature of dogs is part of the universality of nature itself.

Lessons from Ginger are the Laws of Nature come to life in our home!

And who would have imagined that what I'd learn would bring me to a deeper Ayurvedic understanding of myself, my voice, and a new kind of love ...

  1. Trusting myself allows Ginger to trust me back

  2. Confidence is more important than perfection

  3. Patience is the ultimate teacher

  4. Leadership is loving kindness

  5. Leadership is imperative for healthy communication

  6. How I use my voice matters

  7. Play, Play, Play and more Play...

No substitute for Puppy Love

Ginger is the embodiment of pure LOVE.

Ginger brings Ayurveda into our lives, everyday, with her consistent demeanor, her desire for routine, her innate inclination for joy, and her ability to live in the present moment...

To LOVE and to be loved in return.

We Love You Ginger.
