Taking Your Time

The older I get, I realize even more deeply the power of doing ONE THING AT A TIME.
After my mom passed, it became even more important for me to develop a new relationship with TIME.
TIME to grieve.
TIME to sleep.
TIME to work.
TIME to rest.
TIME to eat.
TIME to play.
TIME to cry.
TIME to heal.
TIME to remember my mom...
and to share stories about her at my own pace and in my own way.
It is more than okay to do ONE THING AT A TIME.
You are still doing enough.
You are still doing all that you need.
TIME is one of those elusive concepts.
So much so, that we may forget its importance, significance, and requirement, in order to blossom.
Time is critical in nurturing all that we attempt to become.
Childhood does not transpire over one night's time...
Careers do not come to fruition over one night's time...
Wisdom is not created over one night's time...
Take the TIME you need to be and become.
To grieve and heal.
To reminisce and remember.
To be sad, laugh, find joy, and live...
Feel comfort in living your life ONE BEAUTIFUL STEP AT A TIME.
